- Strong love for music and young children
- An understanding of developmental ages and stages of children birth – 5 years
- Ability to play guitar or ukulele & have strong vocal skills
- Dynamic and engaging personality – a kid magnet!
- Strong foundation of English
- Self-starter, working independently while traveling between locations
- Provide personal and reliable transportation to locations
- At least one year experience working with young children (birth-5) – required
- BA or MA in Music Education,Music Therapy, Theater or other Arts-based degree – required
Salary: DOE – $25-$30/hour in class, $15/hour prep time
Raise Eligibility and Benefits:
- Pay raise after 12 months
- Health Insurance Stipend after 6 months (eligibility based on number of hours working)
Hours: 3 Mornings per week (with potential for more!)
Location: 10 mile radius of Seattle
